Job Description:
Manage jobs, work schedules, and work with field crews under the direction of Project Managers. Our staff will work with you to develop your skills and confidence with the intent on having you a part of our professional working staff.
Learn to interpret Landscape and Irrigation drawings, specifications, contracts, budgets, strategy, design and how it is all incorporated into a successful job completion.
Work on high profile projects alongside other industry professionals preparing correspondence, attending jobsite meetings, updating budgets, material orders, scheduling work crews and field coordination.
Learn how plant selection/ usage, general design concepts, Horticultural practices, landscaping equipment, landscape maintenance, safety practices, and teamwork resulting in successful projects we can all be proud of.
Expect to work outdoors in a field construction work environment along with office work as needed.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and open to learning new skills
College degree recommended but not necessary
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Self-starter
Basic computing skills
Basic Microsoft Excel spreadsheet knowledge
Valid Hawaii State Driver’s license
Salary:
Salary will depend on experience and qualifications with potential for advancement.
